CHILLI TUNA PASTA
This is my own creation.
Boil 30g of wholegrain pasta and drain.
Dry fry 1 cup in total of red onion, mushrooms, red capsicum.
Combine the 2 and add 1 small tin of Greenseas spicy chilli tuna, a handful of chopped continental parsley and a small tin of (drained) corn. (This will bump the carbs up a fair bit so it can be left out but I've indulged today).
Sprinkle with 2t of reduced fat parmesan cheese blend and VOILA a very yummy lunch. Mind you it is very spicy and my mouth is still tingling but I love that.
The nutritional breakdown (including corn) is:
Cals: 339
Fat: 5.4g
Protein: 26.9g
Carbs: 46.1g
Fibre: 11.3g
Without corn its:
Cals: 278
Fat: 4.6g
Protein: 24.9g
Carbs: 34g
Fibre: 9.8g
Enjoy!!

Looks and sounds great Magda!
This looks like a pasta I make sometimes, except I use red kidney beans instead of corn and sometimes throw in some rocket and pepitas.
